This organization is providing tools, services and knowledge to the SAM ecosystem to help move ISO/IEC 19770-2 software tags into the market as quickly and efficiently as possible. Software publishers are encouraged to start delivering certified software identification tags to their customers to minimize issues with incorrect software discovery processes and to lower the overall cost of the software supply chain for all organizations involved in the SAM ecosystem.
